Gain flexibility, balance, poise, strength and grace while learning the fundamentals of ballet. Learn the basics from proper foot positions to body alignment in a fun, creative and supporting environment.  Technique: Classes are taught with a focus on encouraging the students to discover their strengths and work on improving overall alignment and flexibility through the basics of classical ballet.  In all classes, a portion of the class is devoted to the Ollom Floor Series©. This core development exercise program goes beyond a standard abdominal class to strengthen the core muscles that are central to any movement
