Classes start with the Ollom Floor Series© featuring slow abdominal exercises to strengthen the core muscles and slow sustained stretches to relieve tension in the body. This core development exercise program goes beyond a standard abdominal class to strengthen the core muscles that are central to any movement. The class continues with simple choreographic phases to get a cardio work out while embracing the freedom of movement. Contact improvisation and partnering complete the class.
